I love making easy crafts for the holidays and there are so many fun crafts to make for Halloween! To make your lighted ghost cups for Halloween you’ll need:
1. Glue a pair of googly eyes onto side of each mini paper cup, about halfway between top and bottom.
2. Punch a small hole in bottom of each cup with awl.
3. Hang string of lights. Push 1 or 2 lights through hole in each cup.
