Well you can BUT if you make this kind of homemade ice pack you can keep it in your freezer and it actually will mold around elbows, ankles and bumps all over your body with this recipe. It’s great for surgery, sports injuries, bumps and bruises of all sorts. This is just a short video on the recipe so  you can see what to do. This homemade ice pack costs just pennies to make and I promise it will surely come in handy!
